Welles just released their new EP Codeine at the end of April and have now released the entire EP for streaming.

Welles just released their new EP Codeine at the end of April and have now released the entire EP for streaming. The band are fronted by Arkansas-bred but Nashville-based singer Jehsea Wells, and played SXSW earlier this year, with performances at Governors Ball and Bonnaroo coming this summer.
Wells recently commented on the origins of the title track to Codeine, stating; “I wrote this when I first got to Tennessee and felt all the little memories from home slipping. I felt I needed to chronicle them in some way. It was the first thing I recorded in my new room.”
