Perfect Female Type, the brainchild of Minneapolis musical maestro Jason Herrboldt, introduces his single, “Science of Love,” a thumping, glistening single that interweaves the essence of synthwave with the spirited dance beats of early ’90s euro-dance.

It’s a cute joke, but I keep thinking about it, about what it would be like if someone on a cruising app really did somehow hook up with a celebrity trying to fool around on the DL. What if those two people fell in love, but the pressures of the pop culture life kept coming between them?”
