Floridian Garbage Rockers THE WOOLLY BUSHMEN Know How to Enjoy a “Little Bit of Life” [Video Premiere]
Orlando, Florida’s The Woolly Bushmen sure know how to enjoy a “Little Bit of Life,” as evidenced by their new music video. The power pop-tinged garage rockers continue to support their recent Pig Baby Records release, In Shambles.
Orlando, Florida’s The Woolly Bushmen sure know how to enjoy a “Little Bit of Life,” as evidenced by their new music video. The power pop-tinged garage rockers have a ton of soul in their music yet label their tunes as “garbage rock” on Facebook. Hey, we’re not ones to judge, we just think this stuff is the shit! The video itself is mad cool too, and we’re loving how the director used editing “errors” to sync with the guitar’s tremolo effect (you’ll see what we mean when you watch it).
The trio, which includes Simon Palombi (guitar, organ, vox), Julian Palombi (drums, backing vox), and Jacob Miller (guitar, bass, backing vox), released their new album In Shambles on May 10th via Pig Baby Records; find streaming options on digital platforms such as Spotify and Bandcamp, or physical copies and other merch from the label here. In Shambles follows 2017’s Arduino and 2015’s self-produced Sky Bosses.
This fuzzy trio (pun intended) date back to 2011 and somehow never really had to hustle to hard to find concert opportunities. With a fun, crowd-pleasing sound that casts a wide genre-net, early on The Woolly Bushmen were captivating audiences which, in time, led to shows alongside the likes of Southern Culture on the Skids, The Coathangers, The Black Lips, King Khan, Ty Segall, The Beat, The Fleshtones, Gringo Star, and many more. Now it’s your time to get to know, and fall in love with this rad band.
Good news, everyone, the full In Shambles album stream is also available on YouTube!
