Today we’re bringing you some rad future bass from, of all places, Tennessee. A popular EDM sub-genre that reared its bouncy head around 2006, based on sound alone, this artist is far more likely to have emanated from the UK or Japan than the honky-tonk home of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. But, after listening to his his musical output (not to mention learning of his childhood and upbringing), doing the expected isn’t exactly Sam Alan’s (aka DRUGZZ) modus operandi.

Today, ahead of the June 29th release via Super Serious, we’re stoked to debut the vintage drum gear collector’s dope new single “Someday”. The track follows previous singles “Someone Other Than Me” and “I Didn’t Mean To Do It” which, amongst other tunes, can be heard via SoundCloud or Spotify (or below). Turn this shit up and cram it into your basshole!

Speaking of the new jam, DRUGZZ offered the following thoughts:

“I’m kinda obsessed with the Bourne movies series – so I have always wanted to write a spy theme song. As I was writing, the spy baby grew up and turned into a love song about me finding some chick in my dreams from 7 years ago. But I guess in turn I am like Jason, we are all just trying to figure SHIT OUT!!!!”
