Misanthropy – No better name could describe the UK’s new face of heavy, riff-driven and metallic deathcore. Blending immense, symphonic song structures with gritty, bone-crunching and spine-shattering breakdowns, Misanthropy are the well-rounded and carefully-crafted sound of a hatred so pure, it could obliterate the human race.
Misanthropy – The debut full length, a perfected combination of symphonic, melodic death metal and raw, heavy hardcore hailing from County Durham the band have spent the last 12 months carefully putting together this new project that is Misanthropy. Pulling from a wide range of influences such as Architects, The Acacia Strain, Veil of Maya, Impending Doom and elements of film score. The sound of the band is truly defined in the composition in which there are no rules, each song has its own message both musically and lyrically creating an album with a very wide scope of themes.
