Mind Spiders – “Wait For Us” [Free Song Download]
Mind Spiders just released their sophomore album, Meltdown, on February 21st by way of Dirtnap Records and for the first time recorded with a full live band.

The Skinny: Mind Spiders just released their sophomore album, Meltdown, on February 21st by way of Dirtnap Records and for the first time recorded with a full live band. On their self-titled debut Mind Spiders’s brainchild Mark Ryan (also of Marked Men and High Tension Wires) essentially recorded all of the instruments himself. Not the case with at all with Meltdown. Instead Mark brought in players from bands like The Bad Sports, High Tension Wires, Marked Men and Uptown Bums to create a super line-up of solid, like-minded musicians; including two drummers who actually play simultaneously – talk about thick rhythm!
For those not famliar with the band, we’re offering a free download of the song “Wait For Us”. What you’ll find on this song, and the album, is a fresh mix of music that utilizes not only straightforward rock, but also warm guitar tones, an organ, synth and among other things, 60’s-era pop elements. Meltdown is a wicked release that showcases the wide-ranging talents of several artistically well-endowed musicians.
