Nolo Grace – “Love Is Worth It All” [Song Review]
“Love Is Worth It All” showcases the enchanting voice of Nolo Grace as she experiences the power of self-love.
Korean American artist and producer Nolo Grace, who debuted with “Wake Up,” featuring Sean Kingston, recently unveiled her new single/visualizer, “Love Is Worth It All,” the second single off her forthcoming album Eyes of the Dragon.
Talking about the track, Grace says, “I wrote and rewrote this song over the course of years. It was initially about the unhealthy relationship dynamics I seemed to find myself in, and it eventually evolved into a song about my relationship with myself.”
Originally from New York, Grace moved to Los Angeles after living around the world as a digital nomad. Her sound amalgamates elements of pop, R&B, hip-hop, and experimental into dreamy, electronic alt-pop.
From a difficult and violent childhood to a career as a corporate executive on Wall Street and then to music, she draws on her unique perspective to reflect on loss, healing, and transformation.
Her music can be heard on Netflix’s Bling Empire, and she is the co-founder of PARASOL, a creative community of artists, entrepreneurs, and next-level thinkers.
Dressed in creamy flavors of R&B, “Love Is Worth It All” rides an emotionally expressive piano as Grace’s sumptuous vocals float overhead. A gentle, rumbling rhythm infuses the tune with intensity, adding to the evocative sensation of the gliding melody. Beautifully nuanced and fluid, Grace’s voice oozes palpable, quixotic timbres.
“Love Is Worth It All” showcases the enchanting voice of Nolo Grace as she experiences the power of love.
