Six bands hit the stage at Revolution in Amityville NY, on April 22nd, 2018, and it was a six-hour night of extreme metal thanks to Necrophia, Sanction, Enterprise Earth, Rivers of Nihil, and co-headliners Thy Art is Murder and Dying Fetus.
Six metal bands hit the stage at Revolution in Amityville NY, on April 22nd, 2018. You would think that a small venue means a small show and sound, but that was NOT the case this night. Being the final date on this tour, these bands wanted to do something BIG for their last show.
Local bands, Necrophia and Sanction, started the night off, and boy do they have a dedicated following. The metal scene in Long Island is huge, and the amount of fans that showed up early on a Sunday night for a long (6+ hour) show was incredible. Next up were death metal bands Enterprise Earth and Rivers of Nihil, and they both kiiiiiilled it!
Last to the stage were co-headliners Thy Art is Murder and Dying Fetus. This place was so packed for this show, it was hard to find a safe place to stand; this crowd was very high-energy. Dying Fetus closed out the show playing a lot of songs from their new album Wrong One to Fuck With, which this tour was supporting.
