After teasing you with singles such as “Saturday Job At Laser Quest,” Loom has made their return with their new EP London Ambient. The new EP contains broader and more complex sounds than the group’s previous releases, inspired by a discovery of a lot of new music and genres. “I’ve been introduced to so much new stuff, music I never would have heard before,” Loom explains, “…and these new influences gave me loads more drive to start making music.”

In terms of sound, London Ambient is a little adventurous in the paths it takes you down. There are futuristic, science-fiction soundscapes like on “Heavy Glow,” acidy club trips with “Aacccid” and sub-heavy, rave breaks like on the aformentioned “Saturday Job At Laser Quest.” Loom has received support from Zane Lowe, Daniel P Carter, NME, The Line Of Best Fit, Clash and DIY, and have completed live shows supporting artists such as The Rolling Stones and Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes. The album is the follow up to last year’s European Heartache.
