The Skinny: On a peaceful Saturday, September 19th afternoon, while innocent concert-goers where minding their own business, taking in Riot Fest 2015’s alcohol, food truck fodder, music, and shitty weather, the Eagles of Death Metal rolled into Toronto and began kicking people in the junk.

Why? Who knows, but no one stopped them until around 6pm when we sat down to speak with Jesse Hughes about the band’s latest release, Zipper Down. We managed to quell Hughes’ thirst for maiming others by asking questions pertaining to the new album, to which he gave absolutely stunning responses. All jokes aside, Hughes is fucking awesome and so is the new music, and this interview!
