The Skinny: No Assembly Required (aka NAR) met online in 1999 on a Nirvana message board. Over 15 years later the band wanted to pay tribute to the group and music that brought them together. Check out their rad cover of the song “Something In The Way.”
According to the band: “The only shows we ever played covers were our first 3 and they were all Nirvana songs. We chose this song because it was the first song we ever jammed to when we met and wanted to do our version of it for Nirvana fans to hear. We recorded this on the same Neve console that Nirvana recorded the album Nevermind on.”
