Amid a Las Vegas-like setting, complete with slot machines, card tables, and sin, two of heavy metal’s finest bands rocked the house. Judas Priest with Steel Panther? Yes. The two bands together on the same bill are as good a fit as peas and carrots, peanut butter and jelly, and milk and cookies. Steel Panther, the ever-so-rocking slamhounds from Los Angeles, played a killer set that included such greats as “Asian Hooker,” “Community Property,” and “Death to All But Metal”. New songs from the All You Can Eat album were performed as well, like “Glory Hole,” one of the heaviest, filthiest, instantly classic tunes.
