Mumiy Troll – “Vitamins” [Song Review]
If you’re prone to impromptu dancing, you need to add this song to your playlist immediately! Dance away my little freaks, dance away!
Russia’s Mumiy Troll bring their signature “rockapop” sound to their new single “Vitamins.” The fresh track demonstrates the group’s ability to keep up with the constantly changing music industry while maintaining the sound they’ve become known for. In “Vitamins” they don’t stray from their dancy rock/pop beats, but do experiment as a band, trippy guitar, drumbeats, and all!
“Vitamins” is exactly the kind of song that gets things started! With a twisted intro leading into the deep, hypnotizing voice of Ilya Lagutenko, this song is addictive. Listen for Eugene Zvidionny’s perfectly plucked bass lines, they’re so chill in this wonderfully spastic single. The drum lines aren’t to be ignored either; Oleg Pungin’s work sets the speed for your flashy footwork.
If you’re still not sure how to dance appropriately to this song, check out the music video and Lagutenko will show you how it’s done! If you’re prone to impromptu dancing, you need to add this song to your playlist immediately! Dance away my little freaks, dance away!
