With their new record release, Lighting Up The Sky and celebrating 25 years in the industry, the energy was palpable, and the crowd was ready for a night of pure rock ‘n’ roll. Led by the charismatic frontman, Sully Erna, Godsmack delivered a performance that was nothing short of explosive. From the moment they stepped on stage, the band unleashed a torrent of heavy riffs and thunderous drums, captivating the audience from the very first note.
The atmosphere at Rogers Place was electric; Godsmack’s signature heavy sound resonated through the venue, captivating the audience from the get-go. Erna’s commanding presence on stage was nothing short of mesmerizing. Between a few moments of banter and a shot of tequila, Erna shared his sentiments with the Edmonton audience, expressing his utmost gratitude to those gathered on the floor below. “We fucking love it here! Thank you for being one of the best places to play on tour,” Erna says as he shares the last sip of tequila from his cup with someone in the front row.
