Lauren Phillips’s New Single “Is This Us” is Highly Heart-Warming
A Chicago native, but now based in Los Angeles, singer-songwriter, Lauren Phillips recently released her gorgeous new single, “Is This Us.” The track is taken from the artist’s upcoming EP, I Could Love You Everyday, due out on June 5th and was produced by Brian West (Sia, Nelly Furtado, Maroon 5) in his Laurel Canyon Studio.
Commenting on the opportunity to collaborate with West, Phillips says, “The studio is set up in Brian’s living room so you automatically feel welcomed and at home. The place is filled with amps and old memorabilia from his amazing career, and inspiration is all around you.”
In fact, the entirety of I Could Love You Everyday was produced by West, and even includes the musical talents of Bonnie Baker (Zella Day, Hunter Hayes, Rachel Platten), Chin Injeti (Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Drake, Eminem, P!nk), Elliott Beenk (Executive Producer), Ben Darwish (Banks, Mike Posner, Natasha Bedingfield), Kevin Smith (Groovemasters), Tom Pino, and Jordan Casty. Stay tuned for the album, and early 2021 touring.
