Mackenzie Nicole Shares Her “Goodbye” Music Video
Rising pop presence, Mackenzie Nicole continues to promote her latest studio recording, Mystic, and has shared the music video for the single “Goodbye.” The video marks the last in a series en route to a short film that is being unveiled in May. All videos can be viewed here.
Commenting on the song, Nicole stated, “To me, this song is a ‘Goodbye’ to the life I used to live. One can die without dying. I killed myself, or rather, the worst parts of myself. With this track, I finally bid farewell to the darkness. I greet the light.”
Mystic was released via Strange Main, the pop division of Strange Music, and is a whole lot more than simply a concept album, it’s art which sees the musician share her insecurities, struggles, and triumphs, a similar set of topics as tackled on Nicole’s TEDx Ted Talk called, Mystic: A Mental Health Odyssey.
