Mixing the very best of Americana, country, folk, pop and rock, Puss N Boots are a trio of musicians including Norah Jones, Sasha Dobson, and Catherine Popper. Well, the cat’s out of the band and the ladies have just shared “Sister,” the title track from their upcoming sophomore full-length recording. Sister is due out on February 14th and “Sister” was preceeded by the lead single “It’s Not Easy.”

In other news, with a list below, Puss N Boots have a handful of upcoming performances, including two NYC album release shows (Feb 14 at Brooklyn’s Rough Trade and Feb 15 at Manhattan’s Bowery Ballroom) and, on April 25th, an appearance at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

Speaking of the group, Jones stated, “This band has always been a great adventure. Sasha and Cat’s fearlessness eggs me on to try new things, be it playing guitar, drums, writing a new way or wearing an elf costume on stage. We feed off of each other’s eagerness to jump in, sink or swim. And singing together feels like the most natural thing in the world. It’s a real privilege to have found this space together, try different things and to watch this band grow into what is at this moment. It is ever-evolving and so fun.”
