Rock Farmers The INSPECTOR CLUZO Share Some Earthly Love in New Video for “We The People Of The Soil” [Exclusive Premiere]
As well as running a farm in Gascony, brothers Inspector Cluzo find time to put out thought-provoking rock music like their new song, “We, The People Of The Soil”, which we’re exclusively premiering here.
The Inspector Cluzo have recently been announced as support to Clutch on their upcoming European and UK tour. They will be releasing their album, We, The People Of The Soil, internationally by Fuck The Bass Player Records via Caroline International on 26 October and are exclusively premiering the title track right here.
The Inspector Cluzo are part of the think local, act global movement – hooked up with land rights pressure groups and eco groups worldwide. They own and run a farm in Gascony that supplies Michelin star restaurants AND still find time to tour extensively. They have played everything from Fuji Rock to Sziget to Lollapalooza Paris. Oh, and they are both PhD physicists. And they’re brothers.
The brothers had this to say about the track “We, The People Of The Soil”: “We are happy to reveal the new video clip to the song “We The People Of The Soil”, the title track from our new album, out on October 26th. The video was filmed while on tour in Chile, and features local farmers working the soil as we do in Gascony. The track is a love song to all who love the planet and work on it and with it.
The video also reflects the philosophy of the band. We have done everything band-related by ourselves since we started out ten years ago. We have played 1000 gigs in 52 countries, and at the same time we are professional organic farmers. That’s why people call us the rock farmers.”
