Denver’s WAYFARER Look Upon “The Dreaming Plain” with Latest Stream

“The Dreaming Plain,” is a new single from Wayfarer and their latest album World’s Blood. This will be the Denver band’s third album and one that is heavily influenced by the dusty, dark Americana “Denver sound” and scores from the epic and classic Western films of the mid-twentieth century. Throw in the fury of black metal and you have yourself an album. World’s Blood was recorded at the beginning of 2018 at The Thousand Caves in New York with producer Colin Marston.
Commented Wayfarer’s Shane McCarthy of the song, “It’s kind of a dreamlike song, as the title suggests. It came together very naturally, and I think that’s reflected. One of the more ambient moments of the record but also one of the more vicious overall. It’s a song about bleeding hallucinations, so it should be heavy.”
