BREATHE PANEL Just Want You to “Relax” with New Stream

Brighton four-piece Breathe Panel has released their new single “Relax,” a good example of the band’s combined sound of shoegaze, garage-rock and psychedelia. The band is composed of Josh Tyler, Nick Green and Benjamin Reeves who all met at university and were among a large group of bright young musicians who played and did live shows together. The songs are mostly about anxiety, colours, people, memories and the cure of nature with capturing a sound that makes them feel good.
“Relax” is a condensed, punchy return from the band with jagged guitars and a driving, motoric beat. Of the track, the band commented, “It’s a monotonous ode to being held inside your own head with anxiety, with brief flourishes and a song title to celebrate moments of sheer joy or unexpected daily beauty.”
