First Decree – “Phoenix” [Exclusive Song Stream Premiere]

The Skinny: First Decree is a Cheyenne, WY-based alternative hard rock/metal quartet influenced by groups such as Avenged Sevenfold, Creed, Alter Bridge, and Sevendust. We’ve partnered with the band to bring you this exclusive premiere and stream of “Phoenix”, a single which was released earlier this month (on iTunes here) and comes from their forthcoming album due out later this year.

Though young, there remains a maturity and level of experience in the band’s songwriting that belies their age. Though, having already shared the stage with renown groups such as Smile Empty Soul, ACIDIC, Trapt, Sevendust, Thousand Foot Krutch, Deftones, The Casualties, Saliva, Psychostick, Hed PE, and Righteous Vendetta, it’s no wonder that they’re creating music beyond their abilities.
