Nothing have revealed their latest music video for “I Hate Flowers,” another new track off of their latest record, Dance On The Blacktop. Despite its humorous title, the song is actually quite serious in tone. It’s a love song about New York City and the strong sense of impending doom it leaves on you as you exit your apartment. The song is a sequel to “Vertigo Flowers” which appeared on their 2016 release, Tired of Tomorrow. Frontman Dominic Palermo noted, “I’ve been referring to humans as flowers since the earliest days of Nothing for their beautifully sad and their literal life/death cycle is so relatable.”
