WINTERFYLLETH Announce ‘The Hallowing Of Heirdom’ Details; New Single “Elder Mother” Now Streaming

Winterfylleth have announced details of their new album, titled The Hallowing of Heirdom, which will be released via Candlelight/ Spinefarm on April 6, 2018. The 12-track album is their sixth studio release.
Chris Naughton comments: “The premise of the album being solely acoustic this time around really gave us the chance to explore our ability as songwriters in a very different way than we are used to. Throughout the writing process we found out that we could conjure the same mental imagery, emotions and feelings in the music as we always have done, but without the need for distorted guitars and harsh vocals.”
The band will be playing two, exclusive release shows in support of the new album and have found a number of unique venues to reverently actualise this new acoustic music in.
On the day of the release, April 6, they will perform at the historical Chethams Library in Manchester, and the following week, on April 13, they will play St Pancras Old Church in London. Capacity is restricted to 100 and 120 respectively. They will be supported by Nhor and Jo Quail at both shows.
The first music from the album, “Elder Mother”, can be heard online now.
