Vancouver-based indie-pop powerhouse Yukon Blonde will be hitting British Columbia for a special tour across their home province, kicking off at Vancouver’s Hollywood Theatre on January 25. Originally hailing from Kelowna, the band known for their fantastic live performances will also be making stops in Victoria, Cumberland, Nanaimo, and Whitehorse, YT. Find a full routing below.
The new tour comes on the heels of the band’s latest album, Shuggie. Hypnotic and hyper-compelling, Shuggie takes Yukon Blonde’s mastery of pop music in its many forms and anchors it in psychedelic synths, wiry guitar licks and bass lines, and of course, a chorus of inviting voices.
