Icelandic Pop Sensation Dadi Freyr (w/ Blusher) Gets Quirky at Nottingham Rock City [Photos]
Our photographer Carla Mundy headed down to Rock City for a crazy pop party when Icelandic star Dadi Freyr came to tour. Photos here…
Icelandic star Daði Freyr was due to represent his nation at Eurovision 2020 before the contest was cancelled due to the pandemic. His track for the contest, “Think About Things”, still managed to become a viral hit and, forwarding the clock to 2023, the pop favourite is back with an EP’s I’m Making An Album 1/3 and his second album, I Made An Album which dropped in August 2023.
Now out on tour billed as I’m Doing A Tour Part 2, supporting the album, we sent our photographer Carla Mundy along to a rammed Rock City in Nottingham where she brought back these photos of this awesomely quirky pop spectacle. Check out the photos below and, if you have a chance, get yourself along to one of the remaining dates and sign off this year with a night of Icelandic pop fun.
