Ahead of their debut album release in May, HIMALAYAS have released “Leave This Place” the latest single from their upcoming album From Hell To Here.
Recorded at Mwnci Studios in West Wales with Steff Pringle, the track was mixed by GRAMMY-Award winning producer, Dave Sardy (Royal Blood, Josh Homme, Rage Against The Machine).

Frontman Joe Williams has explained of the writing process,
“‘Leave This Place’ is a song about being stuck in a place that you never wanted to be. You try your best to get out but always find yourself right back where you started. This song was written towards the tail end of a lockdown, and I think it was a huge piece in the puzzle of our debut album. Even before I sent the demo to the rest of the band, I knew it would translate to everyone straight away. Once we started playing it together, we knew then that it had to make the album!”
The Cardiff-based quartet have just been added to the In It Together festival line up where they will perform alongside Jake Bugg, Twin Atlantic, Dream State and more on May 26th, at Old Park Farm in Wales.
