CANCER BATS and RAGING SPEEDHORN Added to BLOODSTOCK FESTIVAL Line-Up
Bloodstock organisers have given us a lovely treat in time for Valentine’s Day with the news that five more bands have been added to the line-up including Canadian hardcore maulers Cancer Bats.
It’s almost Valentines Day and Bloodstock‘s’ organisers have got five more bands lined up for a hot date at Catton Park this summer.
Fresh from their recent UK tour, Cancer Bats have landed themselves a slot of the Ronnie James Dio Stage on Saturday and had this to say about their appearance. “Yeah! Mutha fucking BLOODSTOCK!!! Many hails to our dark lord Lucifer for allowing us to grace the stage on this truly metal day! We’re stoked to rip this fucker with all our UK brothers and sisters! Let’s DO this!!”
Trust us, Cancer Bats will turn Bloodstock Festival “Inside Out”:
Next up, Norway’s Taake are set to headline Saturday night on the Sophie Lancaster stage while Brit crew, Raging Speedhorn will make their return to Bloodstock on the Friday night as Special Guests on the Sophie Lancaster Stage and, if their 20th anniversay show was anything to go by, this will be a set not to be missed.
Birmingham metalheads Shvpes have also landed a spot on Saturday’s Sophie bill where they will be joined by Generation Kill who are fronted by former Exodus frontman.
Finally, Resin join the Sophie stage gang on Sunday. The Leicester based post-grunge rockers released their ‘The Cycle of Need’ album in mid-2018.

Bloodstock will take place at Catton Park, Derbyshire on 8th-11th August 2019. Get info on ticket packages and additional information over at www.bloodstock.uk.com.
