Finally, Austin, Texas-based punks, Generals of Monrovia, have released (and are streaming) their brand new EP, Immigrant Punk! The band originally formed during 2014 in New Westminster, Canada but eventually relocated to Austin to swiftly recorded this new album.
Immigrant Punk was recorded at Austin’s MicroMega, produced by Matthew Gauthier, and mastered at The Blasting Room. The EP’s raucous yet melodic 6 tracks “celebrates vintage pop punk by delivering poignant lyrics, germane subject matter, and fulsome orotundity.”
