Canadian pop punk band Simple Plan hit Irving Plaza on October 12th. Their sold-out #TeamSPTour started with “Opinion Overload”, the opening track for their newest album Taking One for the Team, and the night just got better from there.
They played a long, 20 song set, some of their newest album, but also hit all of their old classics; “Welcome to my Life”, “I’m Just a Kid”, and their song that made them famous for saying ‘dick’ on the radio “Addicted”. Fans would do “Anything” to see this band play again, it was that “Perfect”.
