Good English – “The Fire Walk” [Free Song Download]
Consisting of 3 sisters – Elizabeth, Celia, and Leslie Rasmussen – Good English, as evidenced in our free download of their song “The Fire Walk,” is a gritty slice of alternative grunge/pop/punk rock that can’t be avoided.
Currently touring en route to Austin, Texas, to tear up the 2016 edition of South By Southwest, Dayton, Ohio-based all-girl trio Good English, once there, will play not 1, but 4 shows. Consisting of 3 sisters – Elizabeth, Celia, and Leslie Rasmussen – Good English, as evidenced in our free download of their song “The Fire Walk,” is a gritty slice of alternative grunge/pop/punk rock that can’t be avoided.
Taken from their highly-anticipated forthcoming full-length album which is due out in mid-March, the song arose from a run-of-the-mill band practice that went very right! “The bass line and drum beat fit comfortably with one another very quickly so we knew we were on to something,” stated Elizabeth. The song was mixed and recorded at Nashville, TN’s The Bomb Shelter Studio by Andrija Tokic and mastered in Rockaway, NJ at Backroom Studios by by Kevin Antreassian.
