Etched In Stone – “The Failure of Modern Man” [SoundCloud Album Stream]
It’s been 4 very trying years for Central California’s heavy hitters, Etched In Stone, to get to where they are today.
It’s been 4 very trying years for Central California’s heavy hitters, Etched In Stone, to get to where they are today. Despite all the issues they’ve had and partially because of some of them, the band has redefined their sound along the way, and are now gearing up to make their return with a brand new full-length album, The Failure of Modern Man, which finally sees a release tomorrow, Tuesday, June 24, 2014. In anticipation of the pending release, the band has launched a full album stream directly via SoundCloud – stream it below.
Etched In Stone vocalist/producer Brian Lewis, had the following to say about finally being able to get the album out: “I’m overjoyed to bring the full stream of the album to life, and I know I speak for all of us in the band when say that we’re VERY proud of this release and being able to give fans, old and new, a legitimate taste of what the future of Etched in Stone’s sound holds. As for FINALLY being able to release this long anticipated album, It’s a huge leap in the right direction for us. All of the setbacks that we’ve had (of which we’ve had a plethora) are now behind us and it’s the best feeling in the world to know we’re that much closer to bringing this band to the stage again! Typically I’d throw in some kind of witty remark about what the listener is intended to take from this but this time around, it’s safe to say the album speaks for itself. My hope is that you enjoy listening and that it leaves you wanting more!”
