Constants, the Boston-based shoegaze/indie-metal band will be releasing their new album, ‘If Tomorrow The War’ through Science of Silence Records on September 7. The vinyl will be limited to a run of 250 (125 Black/125 Translucent Red) with alternative artwork to its European counterpart.
The exclusive, hand-numbered packaging comes from Interrobang Letterpress (who was responsible for the Isis Oceanic Remixes Vinyl Box Set) and features alternative album art by M. Repasch Nieves. Make sure to pre-order your vinyl now before it’s too late. For those without a record player, ‘If Tomorrow The War’ will be available digitally through iTunes and AmazonMP3.
The album was produced by Jesu/Godflesh mastermind Justin K. Broadrick, and features guest appearances from Andrew Neufeld (Comeback Kid, Sights & Sounds) and Mike Hill (Tombs).
With all the excitement of the upcoming release, the band has created a fan remix contest. Fans are being asked to visit www.iftomorrowthewar.com where they can download raw tracks, make their own remixes and submit them back to the band. Once all remixes are submitted, the band will pick their favourite(s) to be included on a forthcoming EP/Remix album (more remix artists will be announced soon).
