“Sonically, ‘Beautifully Miserable’ sounds like Justin Bieber getting punched in the face by Foo Fighters” exclaims Darren Fisher of his latest single. Stream the premiere here!
“Sonically, ‘Beautifully Miserable’ sounds like Justin Bieber getting punched in the face by Foo Fighters” exclaims Darren Fisher of his latest single. The New Jersey-based musician is a rabid songwriter who, after playing with numerous different bands throughout his career, formed his solo rock project These Wolves in 2016.
The new track “Beautifully Miserable”, which we’re stoked to be premiering today, follows previous singles “Enough Is Enough” (March 13, 2018) and “Dead to Me” (July 28, 2017), and officially drops on Friday, July 6th with all of your pre-ordering goodness here.
Recorded with producer Steve Kellner (of Roderick, Van Atta High) at Westwood, NJ’s Steak and Eggs Studios, the song has excellent production leaving it rich, modern, and not-too-crisp sounding. Fisher also continues to perform local acoustic shows with stripped-down versions of his hard rocking tunes – catch him live if you’re in the area. Otherwise, just hit play below and share this tune far and wide.
Okay “Enough Is Enough”! Just watch this music video already.
