A day before the album is set to drop (July 6th), we’re stoked to serve up a stream of the entire debut EP The Good Get Gone from Port Townsend, Washington-based Kilcid Band. The indie rock/pop fivesome have been kicking around for a few years now but were carefully honing their craft before they released their first studio recording. Now, with their sound and energy fine-tuned, the gents will use their momentum to not only gig off the new EP, but work to quickly finalise their first full-length which is already underway.

If you’re a Washington native, or really enjoy road-tripping, the band (which includes vocalist/percussionist Tristan Marcum, guitarist Joel Mars, bassist Kyle Hove, guitarist/keyboardist Conor Sisk and drummer Christian Powers) have their album release show this Saturday, July 7th, at Seattle’s The Sunset Tavern. So, without further ado, head below to stream the The Good Get Gone and, if sitting here and loving our dope little website isn’t your jam, then head to the group’s main website here to find other streaming/download options.

When asked about the music and what it all means, the band said, “This EP was inspired by a brotherhood of friends and magic come together by fate in an otherwise confusing world.”

Now that you’re vibing on the summery tunes, check out the band’s “The Good Get Gone” video.
