Jazzy singer-songwriter, Sarah Sharp released her latest studio recording on June 5th, and it’s a fantastic little listen. The five-song Dream EP sees the indie artist croon over-top some silky, subdued melodies that are a perfect accompaniment to your next mellow get-together or romantic evening. While the album can be found via most streaming services, not to mention via Sharp’s website here, we’ve partnered with the artist to offer an exclusive free download of her single “Right Through Me”.

The Dream EP is actually the second in a series of four EPs to be released by the Austin, Texas native. Kicking off with the Wake EP (released March 2, 2018), Sharp’s slew of new recordings was ignited by the death of a longtime musical partner, Jitterbug Viper guitarist Slim Richey, and takes her on an adventure to lands outside of her common ‘30s and ‘40s jazz comfort zone. The whiskey-ready and smoke-filled jazz club vibes remain, but Sarah has cast her usual conventions by the wayside and churned out some sensual new numbers.

Speaking of the “Right Through Me” single, Sharp noted, “When I wrote this song, I was in the grip of a life-changing, reality-altering soul connection with a man that made me believe in past lives.”
