TWITCHING TONGUES Will “Kill For You” with Stream of New Track
Twitching Tongues have released “Kill For You” from their new album, Gaining Purpose Through Passionate Hatred.
Twitching Tongues have released “Kill For You” from their new album, Gaining Purpose Through Passionate Hatred. The title for the band’s fourth full-length was inspired by a quote by the famous social philosopher Eric Hoffer when he said, “Passionate hatred can give meaning and purpose to an empty life.” This reflects the band’s mentality in approaching the current record. They are using it as an opportunity to pay respect to those who supported them as well as a response to their detractors. “Failure” is a core theme underscoring the lyrics of lead singer Colin Young and it also sees Young dive into some political commentary for the first time in the band’s existence.
