THE AFTERIMAGE Make Their Long-Awaited Return with Stream of “Pursue”
Tragic Hero Records artist The Afterimage are back with “Pursue,” the band’s first song released since 2015.
Tragic Hero Records artist The Afterimage are back with “Pursue,” the band’s first song released since 2015. The band burst onto the scene the same year with the release of their debut EP Lumiere and then hit the road with bands such as Invent, Animate and ERRA. They’ve been fairly quiet, until now.
“Pursue” is a personal song to the group and one in which fans will have no problem relating to. Singer Kyle Anderson commented, “(Pursue)’ is a song about an individual who has poured out their everything into their significant other only to receive negativity in response. This is their personal journey and an outline of the steps taken to recover.”
For this recording, the band worked again with Jordan Valeriote. The song is also the debut of the band’s new guitar player, Asher Ally.
