Exclusive Premiere: “Gone” by Trafton
Beginning with a rolling piano melody, Trafton introduces his newest single “Gone”. Delicate vocals accompany the piano melody, followed by angelic harmonies. With an ethereal vibe overall, “Gone” is a beautiful track from Trafton who is known for his captivatingly sincere pop music. His instinctual vision for his sound leads him to produce poetic lyrics with a deeper, darker vibe than most mainstream pop.
Note from the artist: “‘Gone’ is a song of hope and loss. It’s realizing you need what is no longer there – I wrote it to come to terms with that. It took me a long time figure out what instrumentation and production was right for “Gone”, but I think I found it, and I’m hopeful it will allow people to hear the emotion I wrote into the lyrics and melodies.”
“But you’re gone and I’m lost. Come tell me I’m wrong and please don’t be gone.”
