The Edmonton Convention Centre was set ablaze with the raw and reckless energy of The Glorious Sons, celebrating their new release, ‘Glory.’
The Edmonton Convention Centre was set ablaze with the raw and reckless energy of the Glorious Sons on Friday night, as this iconic Canadian group brought their tour celebrating their newest release, Glory, to Alberta’s capital. As the crowd gathered in anticipation, The Glorious Sons took the stage with fury, ready to deliver an unforgettable experience as part of their exhilarating and aptly named “Glory Tour.”
Kicking the night off strong with “My Poor Heart,” “Sawed Off Shotgun,” and “Mama,” Edmonton had the opportunity to stretch their vocal chords alongside frontman Brett Emmons for this back-to-back-to-back banger opening. Each tune played in their 21-song set was a sonic journey, resonating with the audience and leaving them craving more.
Throughout the night, The Glorious Sons’ stage presence was nothing short of electrifying. Emmons commanded the stage with his bare-footed and charismatic charm, captivating the audience with his gritty and soulful vocals. The band members, Jay Emmons, Chris Koster, Adam Paquette, and Chris Huot, unleashed a musical frenzy, flawlessly blending their instruments to create that classic sound that The Glorious Sons are so known for, which reverberated through the Edmonton Convention Centre.
As the night came to a close, The Glorious Sons left the stage to thunderous applause and roaring cheers. The energy in the room was palpable, and it was clear that everyone in attendance had witnessed something special.
The Glorious Sons, hailed as one of the most promising rock bands of our time, have been making waves in the music industry with their distinctive sound and electrifying live shows. With their infectious energy and raw talent, they have become a force to be reckoned with, and their “Glory Tour” is a testament to their growing legacy.
