French duo Pili Coït will finally release Love Everywhere on vinyl this October 6th via SKiN GRAFT Records – grab it here. A vinyl release is fitting for the duo, who met during a jazz festival in the south of France, whose unique eclectic sound is so grounded in earthy yet exciting tones. At first meeting, these future bandmates found themselves “jamming, partying…” and so on, they fell in love & decided to play together.
After experimenting with different band formations, the two formed the group and decided to play as a duo. They further challenged themselves by switching their instruments, with Jessica Martin Maresco handling percussion (she had never played drums before) and Guilhem Meier playing guitar (which he had dabbled with as a teenager). Pili Coït’s debut album, Pink Noïse, was released in 2017.
