Across The White Water Tower has dropped their new single, “This is Where The Light Ends,” prior to touring with Alesana, Limbs, and Vampires Everywhere this Summer and Fall.
Band member Myles Weinfeld comments on the single, sharing:
“‘This Is Where the Light Ends’ is the first piece of a concept EP in which a man named Foster loses his mind. He explores universes other than his own to see if any of them treat him better. By the end of the EP, he decides no world is fit for him. The single is the first song on the EP, and shows the decline of Foster’s state. Musically, it was inspired by our time on the road with our favorite bands in 2022 like Attack Attack, I Set My Friends On Fire, Like Moths To Flames and Famous Last Words.”
Across The White Water Tower is a 4 piece metalcore band from Rockland County, NY, formed in 2016. ATWWT is known for their high energy, animated, rambunctious live performances created by frontman Matt Sosa. In 2019, their debut EP Phantom Pains was produced by Chris Wisemen (of Currents/Shadow Of Intent) who also fully produced their first full-length record If You Died Right Now, What Would They Remember? released 3/15/22.
In 2023 they revisited Wiseman for their much anticipated new EP A Lesson In Heart Safety, out 8/25/23 To start the year their first full year of touring the band performed on a sold-out tour with I Set My Friends On Fire in January and February. Shortly after their record’s release, the band headed straight on tour with one of their favourite bands, Attack! Attack! opening the package along with Until I Wake and amassed over half a million streams and over five hundred physical units early on.
In 2023 the band is embarking on their first full US tour with Post-Hardcore legends Alesana, along with their annual year to bi-yearly tour with I Set My Friends On Fire. Before hitting the road, they visited Chris Wiseman again for a new 5-song EP A Lesson In Heart Safety which will be released 8/25/23
