Bella White Returns to Canada for Short Summer 2023 Tour
Bella White has confirmed a brief run of shows in her native Canada this August, including a hometown performance at Dickens.
Singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Bella White has confirmed a brief run of shows in her native Canada this August, including a hometown performance at Dickens in Calgary on August 9. From there, she will head east to Saskatoon for a stop at Amigos Cantina on the 11th before closing out the run with an appearance at the storied Edmonton Folk Festival.
Bella White has spent much of the year dazzling audiences while on tour in support of her recently released, critically lauded sophomore album, Among Other Things – which will be released on vinyl on July 21 (pre-order here). Highlights along the tour include White’s triumphant Grand Ole Opry debut in late April and performances at SXSW, the Stagecoach Festival, and MerleFest.
This summer, she will appear at festivals, including the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, the UK’s Black Deer Festival, Winnipeg Folk Festival, Rotterdam Bluegrass Festival, Newport Folk, and she has confirmed a performance at AmericanaFest in late September.
During a recent tour stop in Nashville, White swung by Carter Vintage Guitars, where she filmed a solo acoustic session, accompanying herself on a 1940 Martin D-28 model guitar. Watch her performance of Numbers below.
