“Sunset In the City” is the latest song to be released from the Florida-based band Off Orbit. The upbeat track has elements of funk and rock wrapped in a weekend party-style anthem that will have you out of your seat and moving all night long. Anchored by drummer Angel Merk—who has played drums on multiple recent songs from the group (“Comatose” and “Blast Off”)— “Sunset In the City” has an addictive rhythmic identity, reflective of the spirit of their hometown, Miami.
Off Orbit bassist and vocalist Mo, shares:
“Sunset in the City’ is a song dedicated to those times when we finally break free from all the responsibilities and entanglements of everyday life in order to seek out our passions.”
The song was mixed and mastered by Alex Cirilo of Orbita Muzic and continues the trend of top-tier singles coming from the group over the past couple of years. You can listen to “Sunset In the City” here, and we’ll be looking forward to what Off Orbit comes out with next.
