Dayglow (w/ Ritt Momney) Dominate Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa, OK [Photos]
Dayglow brought their “People in Motion” tour (with Ritt Momney) to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and played a show at the historic Cain’s Ballroom.
The night before Halloween, Dayglow brought their “People in Motion” tour to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and played a show at the historic Cain’s Ballroom. It was an excellent turnout for a Sunday night; It was Halloween eve, and patrons were dressed for just the occasion, and DG was the perfect band for the party spirit of the night!
Opening up the proceedings was Salt Lake City’s Ritt Momney, who you might know from their earworm of a song, “Put Your Records On.” They got the crowd going and were a fantastic starter to the night.
Up next was Dayglow, and they brought their indie-dance/pop to the stage. Their music is super rhythmic, so it was a dance party all throughout the night.
The visuals that accompanied the music were incredible as well. It was glitchy and really pleasing to the eye. DG also covered the pioneers of dance music, Daft Punk, which really really impressed me. I’ve never seen someone do that, so I was blown away.
If all of this sounds like a great time to you, then have to check them out when they come to your town next. You definitely won’t regret it.
