So-Cal punks FIDLAR return from a three-year hiatus with their new single and Ryan Baxley-directed music video, “FSU.” The new track is taken from the band’s forthcoming early 2023 EP and was produced by Grammy Award-winning recording mastermind Dave Sardy (Spoon, LCD Soundsystem, Red Hot Chili Peppers).

The trio—Zac Carper, Max Kuehn, and Brandon Schwartzel—have also announced a handful of comeback shows in select cities this fall, including sold-out shows in Los Angeles and New York, as well as shows in San Francisco and Boston.

Comments the band:

“New FIDLAR is leaning into the extremes. Loud, louder, loud. Three chords and the truth. Catchy and obnoxious. Lyrics are very thought mouth. It’s speaking to the FIDIOTS of the world.”
