The rock quartet Ocean Flaws has just unveiled their latest single, “Hologram,” and it’s already running up the iTunes Alternative charts – currently sitting at number two!
According to the band, “‘Hologram,’ is the slickest yet. It’s powerful, compact and everything you will ever need in portable entertainment. Released today, its squelchy synthesizers, shimmering guitars, and thunderous snare make it a tried and tested earworm the entire family will enjoy.”
Hailing from Essex, England, Ocean Flaws has a pleasant approach to rock n’ roll, an appealing sound that will appeal to fans of The Cars, MGMT, and Blossoms. Their most significant gig yet was playing as support for Oasis bassist and guitarist Andy Bell. They’ve also received a lot of national radio play, which has exposed them to a whole crop of UK listeners they’re not able to reach, with tours still being limited. There has been a lot of pandemic-related self-expression over the last year, but none quite as unique as what you’re getting from Ocean Flaws.
