“Race Car” is a zippy little number lifted from the two-track Eternity EP from Bay Area native, Joseph Tyler. The 24 year-old singer, songwriter and producer released his latest offering on June 25th and, today, we’re pleased to be offering the aforementioned single for free download. Certainly suited for fans of acts such as Foster The People and Hot Chip, Tyler’s tunes are all about the synth-laden pop rock. Eternity follows 2017’s debut EP It’s Been Too Long and was recorded at Joseph’s home studio with longtime collaborator Jordan Davis.
Checking in with a comment regarding “Race Car,” Joseph said, “Whenever I’m struggling with doubts, stresses, fears, or anything similar, I turn to music. I feel very fortunate to have this outlet. ‘Race Car’ was made during a tough time, and for me, it serves as a yet another reminder that sometimes difficult moments can produce some of the most beautiful things.”
