With 2018 underway, Powerman 5000 has announced the second leg of their New Wave American tour. The tour will begin in Lubbock, Texas and follow that up with five more dates across Texas. The tour will last roughly four weeks in total, making its way through the Southern United States. On the tour, the band will be playing a bunch of new songs from New Wave, including many hits and all-time favorites.

New Wave is Powerman’s eleventh studio album since forming in 1992. The band released a video for the album track “David F**king Bowie” in the fall. The song is intended to embody the spirit of the late David Bowie, leaving the listener with a powerful, but human experience.
