This Gun For Hire – “Barn Burner” [Free Song Download]
This Gun For Hire are due to release their debut album Something A Little More Sinister on March 31, 2017, and as of today we’re stoked to offer a free download of the single “Barn Burner.”
Vancouver, BC’s music scene is bustling as an increasingly number of bands are emerging from the bud-based Western Canadian city, the latest of which is post-hardcore act, This Gun For Hire. Formed in 2015, the group will appeal to fans of bands such as Alexisonfire, The Holly Springs Disaster, Underoath, Every Time I Die and Beartooth, but that’s not to say this is a rehashed sound. They mix in varying elements resulting in music which they refer to as, “fast, heavy, sincere, atmospheric, and meaningful.”
This Gun For Hire are due to release their debut 12-song album Something A Little More Sinister on March 31, 2017, and as of today we’re stoked to offer a free download of the single “Barn Burner.” The song’s accompanying music video, which was directed and edited by Kris Hellstrom, can also be seen below.
