Simple Plan – “Perfectly Perfect” [Song Review]

I think you should always remind the people you love of how beautiful they are. “Perfectly Perfect” is one of the singles from Simple Plan’s Taking One for the Team (via Warner Music Canada), and it’s all about being in love with someone and seeing only beauty in every part of them.

Most of the band members are married or are in long-term relationships, which sparked the inspiration for this track. It’s a slow one, but the pace matches the affectionate lyrics, and it’s the perfect song for all you hopeless romantics. The song was co-written with Tom Higgenson of the Plain White T’s and Canadian writer/producer Ryan Stewart.

Simple Plan will be continuing on their World Tour for the rest of the year – meanwhile, you can enjoy this beautiful song, and possibly sing it to your loved one.
